Travel Physical Therapist - $2,566 per week

Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a position in Parkersburg, West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in West Virginia.
• At least one year of recent relevant experience in SNF settings preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and reimbursement processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Current CPR certification.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in computer systems for documentation and scheduling.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
