Travel Physical Therapist - $2,566 per week

All Medical Personnel is a leading national temporary employment agency for healthcare workforce solutions. Established in 1990, we place locum tenens, travel nursing, travel therapy, and allied health professionals on temporary and temp-to-hire assignments from coast-to-coast.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient care activities and progress in medical records

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia
• Current BLS certification
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
