About the role

This is a 13-week travel assignment with a start date of 11/30/2026. The schedule is 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts (5x8). The candidate's primary residence must be located at least 50 miles from the facility address.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services as assigned.

Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license.
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Additional certifications related to the specialty (if applicable).
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Physical Therapy.
