Travel Physical Therapist - $2,560 per week

About the Role

Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an outpatient therapy clinic in Cedartown, Georgia. This is a 13-week assignment with the following details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 12 weeks
• Schedule: 40 hours per week, 5x8-hour shifts (day shift)
• Employment Type: Travel

Estimated gross weekly pay: $2,560 plus a $500 contract completion bonus.

Responsibilities

• Treat 10-15 patients per day in an outpatient therapy clinic setting.
• Manage patient schedules in 30-minute intervals with dovetailed scheduling.
• Perform complex evaluations (1 hour) and simple evaluations/treatments (30 minutes).
• Treat patients with general orthopedics, debility, stroke/CVA, neurological disorders, multi-trauma, and fractures.
• Use EPIC as the EMR system.
• Adhere to a dress code: teal and black polos provided; slacks and clean shoes preferred.

No weekend rotation, on-call responsibilities, or holiday expectations. No floating to other departments.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred (first-time travelers will not be accepted).
• Georgia state physical therapy license required.
• BLS certification required.

Facility Details

This is a hospital-affiliated outpatient therapy clinic specializing in occupational, physical, and speech therapy. The clinic is supported by a collaborative team including:

• 5 therapists
• 1 Lead Therapist
• 1 Office Coordinator
• 2 Rehab Aides

Orientation includes NEO and 5 days of departmental training. Free parking is available on-site.
