- Days shift, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no weekends required
Requirements
- Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required (license required if applicable)
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of experience required

- Rehabilitation team evaluates and treats patients with injuries or conditions causing decline in physical mobility or functional independence
- Main goal is to help patients return to function and community activities
- Facility strictly enforces all listed job requirements, certifications, and experience with no exceptions
Pay Package
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
