Responsibilities
- OASIS assessments
- Admits, evaluations, and discharges
- Oversight of Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs)
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARCH
- Home Health and/or Hospice and Palliative Care (HCHB) experience preferred
- DPT degree required
Assignment Details
- Full-time schedule
- No on-call or weekend requirements
- Coverage area includes Olympia and the surrounding area
- Mileage reimbursed between patient visits

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Full-time schedule with no on-call or weekend requirements.
Location
Olympia offers access to Puget Sound waterfront living and Washington’s capital-city amenities. It is about 60 miles from Mount Rainier National Park, making it a practical base for both urban conveniences and outdoor recreation.
