Outpatient Physical Therapist assignment in Tacoma, Washington. This position involves providing outpatient physical therapy services and completing necessary documentation prior to starting. The role requires flexibility to work days and adherence to all credentialing and licensing requirements.

Projected to start in mid-September 2026 and conclude in March 2027 (26 weeks).
Schedule
- Days shift, 8 hours per shift
- Minimum of 40 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services
- Complete necessary documentation related to the assignment, including some work outside of the organization’s clearance process
Requirements
- Valid active license in Physical Therapy
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outpatient physical therapy
- Relevant credentials
- Candidates with recent perm/PRN work at the organization within the last year are ineligible; those with previous travel or perm/PRN work more than a year prior must submit their name and date of birth for eligibility review

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
