This is a great opportunity for a PT who enjoys a small-team environment, wants a predictable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or call, and is excited to help build and grow a rural outpatient therapy program. Position DetailsYou'll manage a varied caseload spanning:OutpatientInpatient/Acute CareSwing BedTypical daily volume is 5+ outpatient visits plus 2+ inpatient/swing bed patients, depending on census. The patient population ranges from pediatric through geriatric, with common needs including:Orthopedic and post-surgical rehabilitationJoint replacement follow-upFalls and balancePost-hospital deconditioningWork/farm-related injuriesChronic pain and mobility limitationsAs the sole PT on site, you'll work independently while collaborating closely with nursing, clinic providers, and business office staff. The facility is also recruiting a PTA who would work under your supervision if hired during the contract. RequirementsActive Montana PT license or PT Compact privilege by start dateMinimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experienceInpatient and outpatient experienceCurrent BLS certificationIndividual NPIMust complete facility credentialing prior to seeing patientsExperience with Medicare Part A/Part B documentation, swing bed patients, rural Critical Access Hospitals, orthopedic/manual therapy, or balance/vestibular treatment is highly valued.
