Requirements

• Active NH Physical Therapist license required (license required if applicable)
• Current BLS certification required, or must be obtained within 30 days of start date
• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience required
• Graduate of an APTA accredited Physical Therapist program required
• Prior experience in outpatient or inpatient Physical Therapy settings preferred
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• Driver's License required for consideration
• 2 professional references required
