Travel Physical Therapist - $2,540 per week
Schedule
Day shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist in all applicable states
- CPR or BLS certification from an approved vendor
- Valid drivers license and age of at least 21
Preferred Qualifications
- Home health experience
- Proficiency with Home Base and Pointcare software platforms
