Travel Physical Therapist - $2,535 per week

About the role

GLC is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist for a contract position in the San Ramon area, covering the territories of Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Albany, Emeryville, Piedmont, Richmond, Rodeo, El Cerrito, El Sobrante, Hercules, Pinole, San Pablo, Crockett, and Kensington. Additional travel outside the area may be required, and weekend coverage may also be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with their individualized treatment plans.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards of practice.
• Work within the scope of practice and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Current CA PT License
• BLS Certification
• Driver's License
• Auto Insurance
• Auto Registration
• Annual TB Test
• MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (10 years), Flu (annual)
• Drug Screen
• Physical Examination
