The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist Home Health (PT HH) in West Virginia. Job Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

• Current and unencumbered license to practice physical therapy specific to West Virginia;
• Successful completion of a physical therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the American Medical Association's Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation;
• 0-3 years of relevant physical therapy experience preferred;
• Current CPR certification;
• Familiarity with general computer use including internet, email, navigation, and online HR services.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in home health or hospice settings is preferred.

Additional Information

• This assignment is scheduled to begin on 07/20/2026, for a 13-week duration.
• The position involves travel within designated territories, averaging 200 miles per week, and requires using the Home Health Care Management (HCHB) electronic medical record system.
• No weekend rotations or on-call responsibilities are scheduled.
• On-site supervision and assessment are required at least once every 14 days, and that supervision includes direct face-to-face contact with qualified therapy assistants or home health aides.
• The candidate must possess reliable transportation, a current drivers license, and agency-required liability insurance.

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
