About the role
Supplemental Health Care is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract assignment starting ASAP at a partnering Occupational Health Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and provide physical therapy services to patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist Licensure/Certification in Oklahoma
- American Heart Association BLS certification
- At least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist
