Requirements

• Tdap (10‑year validity)
• Auto registration
• Auto insurance
• Valid driver’s license
• BLS certification
• MMR vaccination
• Current California PT license
• HepB vaccination
• Drug screen
• Annual flu shot
• Varicella vaccination
• 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Physical exam
• Annual TB test

Pay
