Must provide proof of license application within 5 business days of booking; start dates should align with license status at submission

Additional Information
Candidate must start through October 15th to qualify for the completion bonus
The bonus will not apply if the start date is delayed due to credentialing or licensing
Candidates with recent ATI work history as a traveler or perm/PRN should be advised accordingly
