Opportunity

Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
No weekend or holiday requirements
Treat 5-7 patients per day in a home health setting
Cover a 60-mile radius around Valley City, ND
Common patient diagnoses include post-surgical recovery and fall-related injuries
Serve home health and hospice patients
Must have prior home health experience
Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
Prior travel experience not required
Charting system: HomeCare/HomeBase
3-5 shifts of department-specific orientation provided
No physical therapy manager or supervisor on shift
Dress code: CSH color scrubs or business casual
Must have a current driver's license and valid auto insurance
Required certifications: BLS, ND Physical Therapy License
