Travel Physical Therapist - $2,516 per week

About the role

Travel Physical Therapist position in Home Health at a large acute care facility in Morristown, New Jersey. This is a 13-week contract starting ASAP, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (40 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts). No weekend shifts required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations.
• Establish and implement individualized plans of care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and patient education.
• Document all interventions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist in staff orientation and training.
• Exercise independent judgment on moderately complex cases.
• Support Lead Clinicians in developing and implementing competency programs.
• Act as a clinical instructor for students.
• Manage moderately complex cases with minimal to no supervision.

Requirements

• 0–4 years of experience as a Physical Therapist strongly preferred.
• Home health experience required.
• New Jersey license to practice Physical Therapy.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy academic program.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (8‑hour day shifts, 40 hours/week). No weekend shifts.
