Travel Physical Therapist position in Browns Valley, Minnesota.

About the role

We’re seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in a skilled nursing facility. This is a travel assignment with the following details:

• Anticipated start date: ASAP
• Contract duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts
• Employment type: Travel

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ conditions and develop individual treatment plans
• Assist patients in improving their daily functioning
• Instruct patients on proper exercise techniques and provide stimulation or massage
• Maintain accurate patient records

Requirements

• Graduate of Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Physical Therapist license in the state of practice (Minnesota)
• Current BLS certification
