About the role

Travel Physical Therapist position in Larimore, North Dakota. This 13-week assignment starts September 1, 2026 and requires travel to three Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) in Larimore, Lakota, and Park River, ND. Paid drive time and mileage are included between facilities.

• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• 8-hour day shifts
• 85% geriatric caseload, 15% adult
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (locations vary)

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in SNF/LTC settings
• Travel to multiple facilities within the assigned region (not all three in one day)
