MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in Gloversville, New York. This is a 13‑week travel assignment starting 10/26/2026, requiring 40 hours per week on 8‑hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, including direct patient care to evaluate medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, restrictions, and rehabilitation potential.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals based on patient capacity and tolerance under physician direction.
• Set realistic and achievable patient goals, document patient condition, and educate patients and families on appropriate physical therapy methods.
• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet physical therapy goals.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

Requirements

• Hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess a current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or be actively in the application process for current state licensure.
• Maintain current CPR certification.
