About the role
Seeking a Physical Therapist with a minimum of 1 year experience to provide physical therapy services to patients in various settings, including those who are medically compromised or have orthopedic, neurological, or general weakness conditions.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy evaluations and interventions.
- Develop individualized care plans based on medical assessments.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team including RN, LPN, OT, PTA, SLP, Aides, and case managers.
Requirements
- Current South Dakota licensure in Physical Therapy.
- BLS certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
- General physical therapy skills including evaluation and care plan development.
Schedule
- 13-week contract starting 09/14/2026.
- 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts (08:00–16:00).
Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
