Travel Physical Therapist - $2,506 per week

About the Role

Travel Physical Therapist position in Sulphur, Oklahoma. This is a 13-week assignment with a 40-hour work week, 8-hour day shifts (06:00–14:00). Employment type: Travel.

Requirements

• Current or pending state license as a Physical Therapist (PT); compact license accepted
• Active BLS and/or specialty certifications for Physical Therapy
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Physical Therapy experience
• Current resume
• Two current leadership references and one current co-worker reference
• Must pass background check and urine drug screening

Pay

Highly competitive pay rates. Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
