Travel Physical Therapist - $2,504 per week

About the role

Coast Medical Service is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 13, 2026, in Eatontown, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with their treatment plans.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment programs.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• At least one year of clinical experience preferred.
• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN or proof of eligibility.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Proficient in using medical software and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
