Travel Physical Therapist - $2,501 per week

AHS Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 14-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Fairmont, West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and physician orders.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in West Virginia.
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Current CPR certification.
