SkyBridge Healthcare is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist Case Manager for a 13-week contract in Holland, Ohio. This position offers 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift, starting on 08/03/2026.

• Serve as a Physical Therapist Case Manager in a travel assignment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year full-time Physical Therapist Case Manager experience within the last 2 years.

Pay

Pay rate range: $49.50 - $58.50 per hour, dependent on seniority and other factors. Pay package includes tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
