Requirements
- 1 year full‑time PT Case Manager experience within the last 2 years.

Pay
Pay rate range: $49.50 – $58.50 per hour (based on seniority and other factors); tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts. Assignment duration: 13 weeks, start date October 5, 2026.
