Travel Physical Therapist - $2,496 per week

About the role

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on July 27, 2026, located in Gulfport, Mississippi. The shift is 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Mississippi.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current CPR certification.

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
