About the role
Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting in Dallastown, Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Implement interventions in various settings
- Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation
Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- PA Physical Therapist PT license
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
Pay & schedule
- Weekly pay: $2,457.98 - $2,534
- Shift: Day 5x8 (up to 40 hours per week)
- Duration: 12 weeks
- Start date: 11/01/2026
