Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting in Maple Valley, WA. This 26-week assignment offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by assessing patients' physical abilities, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Implement interventions in various settings
- Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation
Requirements
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Washington Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
Pay
$2,453.29 - $2,529.17 per week
Schedule
- 26-week assignment
- 40 hours per week
- Day shift, 8 hours per day (5x8)
