Travel Physical Therapist - $2,491 per week

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) that is licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure in Delaware to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care (SNF / LTC) setting. This is a 13-week travel contract position.

Schedule

• 5 days per week, 8-hour day shifts
• 40 hours per week
• Start date: 12/01/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• SNF / LTC experience required
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of Delaware (or in process of obtaining)

Pay package is based on 8.0-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
