Travel Physical Therapist - $2,490 per week

About the role

Vibra Travels is seeking a Corporate Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct Physical Therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication in assigned locations.
• Functions under a physician's order.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides/Therapy Techs.

Requirements

• Required Certifications: BLS
• State Licensure Requirements: Iowa license
• Minimum year’s experience: 1 year
• Required experience: Rehab experience is ideal
• Ability to project a professional image
• Previous Hospital experience preferred
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
• Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions
• Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace
• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: BLS, Iowa license, 1 year of experience, Rehab experience preferred, previous hospital experience, strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills, ability to make independent decisions, working knowledge of computer and software applications, freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace, current, valid, and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment
