Travel Physical Therapist - $2,489 per week
MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in Bossier City, Louisiana.
About the role
The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, providing direct patient care, establishing and administering treatment programs, and setting realistic, achievable goals. Responsibilities include documenting patient conditions, educating patients and families, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate patient goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
- Provide skilled physical therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders.
- Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of interventions.
- Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
Requirements
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
- Graduated from an accredited school.
- Minimum one year's experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist or proactively in the process of obtaining licensure.
- Current CPR certification.
- Other requirements to be determined by the client facility.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
