Travel Physical Therapist - $2,486 per week

About the Role

• Home Health setting
• 13-week contract (preferred 26-week assignment available)
• Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts
• Adult/Geriatric patient population
• Treat orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and medically complex patients
• Focus on mobility, gait training, balance, endurance, fall prevention, and home safety
• OASIS and Home Health experience preferred but not required
• Mileage reimbursement available
• Supportive clinical team and orientation provided
