About the Role
LeaderStat is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Louisville, Kentucky, starting on 10/5/2026. The role involves providing patient care in a healthcare setting, with a focus on delivering top-notch therapy services.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with established care plans.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience working as a full-time Physical Therapist.
- Clinical experience within the last 2 years.
- Current State Licensure in Kentucky.
- Current Relevant Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc.).
Schedule
40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts from 08:00 to 16:30, days.
Pay
