About the role

Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP) position in Windsor, Vermont. This role involves providing inpatient physical therapy treatments to a diverse patient population ranging from pediatric to geriatric. Responsibilities include delivering care based on evaluations, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting community health initiatives.

Schedule

• Five 8-hour day shifts per week
• 40 hours per week
• Start date: 09/08/2026

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient physical therapy treatments based on patient evaluations
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Support community health initiatives

Requirements

• Currently licensed Vermont Physical Therapist
• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
• At least 2 years of current inpatient physical therapy experience
• At least 6 months of previous travel experience
• Own vehicle required
• Residence outside a 50-mile radius of the facility

Preferred Qualifications

• Cerner electronic medical record experience

Additional Information

• No more than 5 days of return-to-office (RTO) requests will be accepted; all RTO must be specified at time of submission
• Candidate must include permanent address, work history, skills checklist/leadership, and references with submission
• Personal scrubs of any color preferred
• Facility enforces a 3-strike call-off policy; each call-off must be communicated at least 1.5 hours in advance
