Travel Physical Therapist - $2,468 per week

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) that is licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure in the state of Washington to work in a SNF / LTC setting.

About the role

This is a 13-week travel contract position with a 5x8 days schedule, assuming responsibility and accountability for incorporating the organization’s vision, values, mission, and critical goals into job performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care (SNF / LTC) environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• SNF / LTC experience required.
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice (or in the immediate process of obtaining).

Pay package is based on 8.0-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
