Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 3, 2026, in Anacortes, Washington.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Washington.
- At least one year of experience in inpatient physical therapy preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Pay
