About the role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Physical Therapist to join a dedicated healthcare team on the Southern Oregon Coast. This position is mainly focused on weekend hours, offering a consistent schedule and work-life balance with three days off each week.
Location
Gold Beach, OR, with potential to float to nearby Brookings (rare).
Schedule
Friday to Monday, 36 guaranteed hours per week, 10-hour day shifts.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating and developing treatment plans for patients
- Administering therapeutic exercises and procedures
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
- Providing education and support to patients and their families
- Managing a diverse caseload of both inpatient and outpatient cases
Requirements
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Experience in both inpatient and outpatient therapy settings
- Ability to work independently and make clinical decisions in a rural healthcare environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Pay
Pay package is based on 10-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
