About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a contract in Scappoose, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
- Work 40 hours per week on a 5×8 schedule (8-hour shifts)
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
- SNF experience preferred
Pay
- Weekly gross pay: $2,460.00 (based on 40 hours)
