Travel Physical Therapist - $2,451 per week

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure in Washington to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care (SNF / LTC) setting. This is a 13-week travel contract position.

Schedule

• 5 days per week, 8-hour day shifts
• 40 hours per week
• Start date: 09/07/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks

Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• SNF / LTC experience required
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of Washington
