About the role
LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting November 2, 2026, in Colebrook, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Care for patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Document patient care activities and progress in electronic health records
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of New Hampshire
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- At least one year of relevant clinical experience
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Skills
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques
- Knowledge of orthopedic and neurological conditions
- Experience with gait analysis and fall risk assessment

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
