About the role
Supplemental Health Care is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract assignment starting ASAP at a partnering Occupational Health Center in Windsor, Connecticut.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist Licensure/Certification in Connecticut
- American Heart Association BLS certification
- At least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist licensure/certification in Connecticut
- Passionate about providing high-quality care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
- $2,220 - $2,446 per week
