About the role
Focus Staff is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel contract in Maricopa, AZ. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with physician orders and established plan of care
- Complete thorough initial and ongoing patient evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a PT setting
- Valid Arizona PT license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Eligibility to work in the United States
