Travel Physical Therapist - $2,435 per week

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in the EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient care skills.

Qualifications

• New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply.
• Preferred qualifications include experience in outpatient, inpatient, orthopedic, or acute care settings.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and evidence-based treatment practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
