Travel Physical Therapist - $2,427 per week

LRS Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Lynnwood, Washington. The start date is July 27, 2026, and the duration is 13 weeks, with 40 hours per week and an 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients in a skilled nursing facility
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Washington
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
• Pass a background check and drug screening

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
