About the role
A physical therapist works closely with patients to improve their movement and manage pain. They are a critical part of rehabilitation, treatment, and prevention for patients with injuries or chronic issues. PTs assess the patient’s health history, diagnose their functions and movements, and develop and implement a specialized plan of care for their benefit.

Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Maine
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
