Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment in Cleveland, Wisconsin. This role involves helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions in an inpatient rehab facility setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient rehab therapy to patients in a 36-bed hospital
- Deliver 3 hours of therapy to patients 5 out of 7 days per week, with potential rollover into day 6 or 7
- Conduct weekend evaluation and treatment coverage as required, with flex days during the week
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-approved accredited school
- Active state license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC
- Experience in inpatient rehab, acute care, or skilled nursing (home health-only or outpatient-only experience is not accepted)
