About the role

This role provides outpatient care focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation and manages a patient load of 10-12 patients daily. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with a combination of evaluations and follow-up appointments.

Requirements

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Epic Charting System Experience
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience required
