Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive patient evaluations
- Develop tailored treatment plans
- Document medical records accurately and timely
- Ensure care is provided under valid physician orders and insurance approvals
- Participate in student programs and ongoing professional development
- Adhere to regulatory standards and organizational performance improvement initiatives
- Maintain professional licensure
- Demonstrate clinical reasoning, ethical practice, and safety awareness
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School
- 6 months of Outpatient Clinical Experience
- CPR Certification
- Float rotation may be required
Schedule
- Days, 8-hour shifts
- Minimum of 40 hours per week
- Start date: 08/31/2026
- End date: 11/30/2026 (13 weeks duration)
