Travel Physical Therapist - $2,407 per week
MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in South Holland, Illinois.
About the role
The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, providing direct patient care to evaluate their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. The PT will establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient’s capacity and tolerance under the direction of a physician. Responsibilities include setting realistic and achievable goals, documenting patient progress, and educating patients and families on appropriate physical therapy methods.
Responsibilities
- Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
- Provide skilled physical therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders.
- Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
- Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
Requirements
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
- Graduated from an accredited school.
- Minimum one year of experience.
- Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist or actively in the process of obtaining one.
- Current CPR certification.
- Additional requirements may be determined by the client facility.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
